What a weekend. The rain came, the ground was wet, but it didn’t stop the wedding and celebration for Nate & Amanda in the middle of a paddock on a family farm. What a day to be involved in and thanks heaps for allowing us to cater your wedding.
On the menu we served up 👉 Brisket 👉 Chicken Thigh 👉 Smoked Potato Bake 👉 Street Corn Salad 👉 Lettuce Salad 👉 Hawaiian Pasta Salad
While, for the Vegetarians we served them up 👉 Smoked Jackfruit 👉 Smoked Portobello Mushrooms.
We also surprised the groom and the bridal party with a reversed Seared Tomahawk Steak.

Wedding season is in full swing and it’s great to be able to go back to the thebungalowweddings for the wedding of finn_zeylemaker and emilyrosezeylemaker and cater up a storm of some tasty low n slow BBQ for their guests.
We started the afternoon off with some Cheeseboards for the guests to nibble on while the photos were being done.
Then to the main event we served up 👉 Brisket 👉 Pork Belly 👉 Smoked Chicken Breast 👉 Smoked Potato Bake 👉 Grilled Vegetables 👉 Hawaiian Pasta Salad 👉 Roasted Kumara & Orange Salad
While, finishing off with a mixed dessert platter to go with the wedding cake.

You’ve got to love a New Zealand Classic country wedding, with the hidden farm track down to a picturesque marquee set up in the middle of a paddock, the silage bails set up for the wind break from the Taranaki famous weather. You couldn’t bet the setting for Ian Burmeister and @Pheobejarman wedding day.
